What and why we process
When you submit a request, we may receive your name, phone number, email, selected apartment, message, page and campaign parameters. Limited technical logs may be kept to secure and operate the service.
We use these data to answer your request, send a requested brochure, manage your apartment enquiry, prevent misuse and comply with legal obligations. The main basis for a consultation request is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract; legal obligations and legitimate interests may apply where appropriate. Marketing messages require a separate lawful basis and are not enabled by merely submitting a consultation request.
Recipients and retention
Access is limited to authorised sales and support staff and service providers needed for hosting, email, CRM or messaging. Data are normally retained for up to 365 days after the request, unless a longer period is required by law or necessary for a legal claim.
Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion where applicable, object to processing, withdraw consent where consent is the basis, and complain to the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights or a court.
Website terms
This website is an informational apartment-selection service. Sending a form requests contact from the sales team; it does not reserve an apartment, conclude a sale or create an obligation to purchase.
Availability, status, price, area and specifications shown online must be confirmed by the sales team before any decision or transaction. Renderings, floor plans, 3D tours, furniture and finishing are illustrative unless expressly included in signed project or contract documents.
We aim to keep the catalogue current, but legally binding terms are those stated in the signed agreement and applicable project documents.
Cookies and local storage
The service uses only storage needed for its current operation: session or temporary-access cookies, locally stored favourites and recently viewed apartments, interface preferences and limited first-party event data.
No third-party advertising or cross-site tracking is intentionally enabled in this version. If optional analytics or advertising technologies are introduced, the notice and consent controls must be updated before they are activated.
You can clear cookies and local storage in your browser settings. Doing so may sign you out and remove favourites or interface preferences saved on that device.
